I've been looking for a new bubble tea place since I left SoFlo and I can honestly say, this ain't it chief.

I'm not sure about the other offerings but it seems like the staff here take the easy way out. I'm used to freshly made tea and slightly sweetened boba. After ordering here, I observed an employee mix a powder with what looked like water to make my Jasmine tea which was white and chalky.

I didn't even finish it. Hard pass.

If you want food poisoning for $18 - this is a place to go.
The portions are ridiculously small, $18 basically for rice and a small piece of fish or chicken which tastes like it's from a TV dinner bag and straight outta spoiled so get ready for diarrhea.

And on top of that they wanted tips! Hell no!

Sooo... why is this place rated so low?
I know, I know food court sushi place... but on a cloudy day I ventured to their ramen. The first time I remember the broth was warm, flavorful- it hit the spot. So I went back to see if I was just really hungry the previous time or was the ramen actually good? Again ordered the pork ramen. STILL GOOD. I was extra hungry, but still feel it was hearty. They were not stingy on the pork or noodles or scallions. I wish it had bokchoy. The ramen also had an egg, green peas and mushrooms. The food for the given location really made it reach its 4 stars. About the sushi... I don't know.

Good sushi but pricey. I had six pieces of salmon avocado roll which costed $8.25. Most of the places that I go to in NYC charge just under $6 ($5.95 is the most common price that I see). I appreciated the quick service.

I stopped by because I was craving ramen and had time to kill before a train back home. Ichiran Ramen around the corner was closed, so I came here instead. What I've learned from the reviews on here is not to go for the sushi, but the ramen actually isn't bad! It's not the best in the world, but it's decent and good for a quick fix. Came out really quick too, under 5 minutes!  I also got a cup of mango bubble tea which was just okay, it's the reason I'm knocking one star off. The bubbles are of good quality but the drink is very obviously just from a powder mix and is very sweet. While it was good to counteract the spice of the ramen while I was eating, I could barely drink it after I was finished. Overall, I would come here again, but Ichiran will still be my go-to.
